Plans Moving Ahead for New Morse-Fall Lake Fire Station

August 9, 2010 — The Morse and Fall Lake town boards have approved $20,000 for what could lead to the building of a new fire station. The funds will be used to hire KKE Architects of Minneapolis for the conceptual designs and cost estimates of the building, along with a determination of the fire department's space requirements. Township and fire department officials will use the information to secure possible funding for the new fire station. The Morse-Fall Lake Fire Department currently operates out of the former Lake County Garage and garages in each of the townships.
