Eveleth and Fayal Firefighters Respond to Brush Pile Fire
April 7, 2010 — Eveleth and Fayal Township firefighters spent a good part of the afternoon at a large brush pile fire in the north side of Eveleth. The fire was reported around 11:30 a.m. Fire crews kept the fire contained to the pile. A city loader was brought in to make a fire break around the pile. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
