Hermantown FD Puts New Engine in Service
December 29, 2010 — The Hermantown Fire Department recently took delivery of a Sutphen CX Series engine. The apparatus features a Hale 1250 gpm pump, Hale Foam Logix 2.1 foam system, a recessed/sliding rear tailboard and a Whalen LED warning light package. The engine is built on an International four-door chassis and seats five firefighters. It will be housed at Hermantown Station Three. The cost of the new engine was put at $210,000.
